Loading traces in ASCII
« on: March 23, 2017, 09:19 »

Hi Everybody. Does anybody know how to load a trace in ASCII? I've tried "Tools->Load Trace->Load From File"and "Tools->Load F5-Trace From File". No txt files are shown. I've tried through the Trace manager too. Same result. There's info on the manual about saving a trace as ASCII, but I haven't been able of finding anything about loading an ASCII file (Apart from mic correction, which is not what I'm looking for). Thanks!

Hi Joan,

Currently the only way to import ASCII data into SATlive is using the 'Import from CSV' enty in the 'Load Quicktrace' sub-menu in the pop - up of each quicktrace.
In the file - selection dialog (which is the default windows dialog here) you'll find the file - type txt in the file - type selection.
